Jeffrey Brown

President & CEO


Jeff has been in different facets of the Occupational Safety Profession since 1975. In 2000, Brown Services, LLC, Brown Medical, LLC and Brown Consulting Services, LLC were created. Each company was created with the intention of providing ethical professional services to construction, manufacturing, governmental, and municipal facets of commerce. Jeff was educated at Ohio University, Central Michigan University, and Shawnee State University. He has attained multiple professional certifications through the University of Cincinnati, the West Virginia University, BCSP, the ASSE, the OSHA Outreach Training Facility, and many other Professional Training facilities. Jeff has been an Associate Safety Professional and is presently a CHST.

Teresa Brown

Chief Financial Officer


Teresa earned degrees in both Business Finance and Education from Marshall University. She has worked in both Business and Education for over 20 years. She is Co-Owner of POM, Inc. and serves as Chief Financial Officer.

Wendi Collins

Executive Vice President of Business Operations


Wendi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University. Her responsibility is management of all business operations including payroll, payroll taxes, accounts payable/receivable, human resources and financial accounting for POM, Inc.

Carol Wells

Administrative/Financial Assistant


Carol is the Administrative/Finance Assistant for POM, Inc. Her responsibilities include customer invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. She also assists with drug and alcohol testing in our Wheelersburg Clinic.

Connie McDonald, APRN

Provider


Connie serves as our Clinic Provider and On-Site Provider.  She earned her Master of Science in Nursing through Chamberlain College of Nursing with her focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She is Board Certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a DOT certified medical examiner.  

Roger Estep, RN

Regional Operations Manager


Roger serves as a manager for on-site medical clinics  - setup of site and training our medical staff.  He earned his Associate Degree in Nursing at Shawnee State University and has plans to pursue his BSN.  Roger's past experience includes phlebotomy and working in a surgical center.
